As you know check guarantee and conversion systems take a portion of each transaction as payment for their services, and it's not uncommon for a Medical Office to pay more in guarantee services than you would otherwise lose in NSF checks. • Window and Door Stickers  This notification alterts your patient that you collect your NSF checks electronically.  They can be placed on your door or window where you receive payments. 
• Notification Stamp  You can optionally stamp the back of the checks you recieve as notification to the check writer that you will collect any NSF checks electronically.   Your patient signs the acknowledgment and is thereby notified.  It is not required that you use this stamp, but it can be an excellent deterent against receiving a bad check.
• HIPPA Compliance  We maintain all collection activity confidential.
